Chapter 0: It Started
In 2022, two of the world’s most powerful countries declared war on one other. Many people anticipated it to finish after a few weeks of deliberation. However, other countries saw it as an opportunity to pursue their objectives. The conflict lingered for years when people thought it would be over months ago. Instead, the war forced Governments to raise armed troops to defend their homelands. As the months passed, nations resorted to using nuclear bombs in response. Large expanses of land became unsuitable over time, and the air became unbreathable.
A group of eccentric scientists began their move amid the turmoil. They have long thought that the earth’s doom is inescapable and a new world awaits us. So they created the 0x-ADAM, a spacecraft that can carry 1,000 individuals in cryogenic slumber. They were supported by the affluent in exchange for a chamber and a seat on the council. They united to recruit a select number of people to help them construct a new world across the galaxy and give humanity a second chance at existence.
